I have been with the Norfolk and Dedham Group since 1991 and became the Facilities Superintendent in 1999. We have worked with Soldevilla since 2001. Our property is very demanding, and we have several Board of Director meetings held at our building throughout the year. Soldevilla always has our property looking at its constant best level, making my life as Facilities Superintendent so much easier. Whether it is plowing our parking lot or dealing with an emergency black ice situation, Soldevilla has always been prompt and thorough. Communication is very important to me, and I always feel like I am their only client with the number of times they check in to make sure we are happy with the service. While I have only worked with Soldevilla for a short time since coming on as Maintenance Coordinator at Sunrise Senior Living, Plymouth, I have been overly pleased with not only the results of their work, but their thorough and prompt communication. It is my understanding that Soldevilla has serviced our community since 2004, and they service 7 other Sunrise communities across our region. I can see why. They also take care of our snow and ice, and while there hasn't been much snow this year, we haven't had to worry about slippery conditions at all. The parking lot is always covered in salt when I arrive on those cold mornings where the roads were covered in black ice on my way in. One of my challenges since taking this position has focused on quite a few capital projects, and I just don't have time to micro manage our vendors. Soldevilla has kept me informed of what they are doing, when they are doing it, and what to expect, so I never really need to call them. Recently, Brian Soldevilla even worked closely with us on a Capital Project budget, offering us several options to present our investors. The completion of the proposal on time was appreciated, and the thorough detail he offered really saved me time not having to go back and forth on the specs. I would highly recommend this company.
